Turns out I'm going to be a father...
So yeah, it's weird how these things happen. You meet people, and get close with them, not thinking that much will come of it, so you give yourself to them, in a juvenile substance-induced lack of judgement that leaves you pleased and not thinking much else of it.
Then after a couple months you get a call from that person, and you find out that they're pregnant, and that they want the baby. You realize that your little irresponsible life has ended, and now you must make a choice of either quitting school altogether, or somehow getting a job and doing school.
It really brings into perspective what the decisions you make can result in. I can only hope that this little developing story will influence others like me to look at my situation, and remember this important piece of advice: April Fools
