Then its lucky they have guy who can shoot energy blasts (unless WMThor can't use the gudblast for some reason).

Since a weaker version of DD was able to survive being dumped into Entropy, a Godblast shouldn't be able to "kill" DD in his most powerful form, even if it is an option Thor is allowed to use in this battle.

I was just pointing out that it is an option. They don't have to just punch him.

But could it be used to take out DD? srug

GWD loses. Especially in Asgard. Odin present. Simple. PG augments Thor's power. Immortal Herc is that. Immortal. Namor has tussled with Herc and Thor smile

Isn't Doomsday immune to energy attacks as well?

In hunter/prey, he:

1. shrugged off Darkseid's omega beam
2. killed a being of PURE energy

Just pointing out that they have other options.

In the case of Thor, who fires concussive force blasts, I would say so.

And then got incinerated by Imperiex's energy blast.

No he is not immune to energy, he only grew a resistance to the type of energy that was used to kill him. Thor's godblast is a type of energy that he would not have experienced before.

Team Thor for the win. Power gem not only boosts user, but can also tap into the power of opponents. There is no upper limit to the strength and durability one can gain from the power gem, and if a bloodlusted Thor with the power gem fires a godblast at double-D, it's over.

With someone else's assistance.

With someone else's assistance. That's not the point.

The fact the ANY being can survive being dumped into Entropy, is a feat in itself.

Only for a period of time until someone rescued him makes it much less a feat.

Brainiac simply retrieved DD from Entropy.

The fact that DD wasn't totally obliterated by this, is most definitely a feat worth mentioning.
