Fights in the desert....

It would be like a fight between Hulk and Hercules or Thor without his hammer. They are better fighters but he is just to much for them physically. Hulk fought Doc Samson,Wonder Man,Hercules,Iron Man and Namor at the same time and held his own.

Stalemate

Hulk owns him.

He's not even bulletproof.
