Doom is allowed to use all his powers in the fight. But he isn't allowed to use magic, BFR Colossus, or as someone mentioned, mind transfer.

In front of the Mansion. IMHO, Doom gets destroyed. Xavier/Storm/Piotr/Howlett. Piotr knocks his butt out
