no devil,just a poser mutant.surfer humbles him in under an hour.

azazel is not the devil, SS for the win

Surfer shuts of the X-Gene that gives him his powers.

Surfer sends him back to whatever dimension he came from, then shuts off his teleportation powers.

or simply encases him in adamantium and sticks him under his board as a trinket.
