Titannus vs. Immortal Hercules

i have heard... Titannus knocked down the Hulk with a few blows

have Immortal Hercules a chance against him ?

by the way:
in my opinion.. knocking down a enraged Hulk within a few blows... is poorly bad written...

Titannus defeated Hulk by absorbing his gamma radiation. A feat which wouldn't work on Hercules.
