It was, some Dutch news sites had the story as well...

As for the event it self, the kids shouldn't be punished by the courts or the police for this. They are far to young for that, some education on the subject and their parents being very mean for a few days could do just as much for them without the damage...

yeah, i know they want to make an example out of the kids, but to embarrass the kids in front of the entire world, i don't know what to say, it's a terrible situation, but wow. and their entire life is just about over with now...i know there is a strong battle going on with liberal sex, and i know the issues people are having with trust and their kids, i would be very angry if my kid had to watch that and i explicitly raised them in a sheltered environment, i know that their innocence is over with, and that is something they can never get back, and that is the kind of stuff that would make a parent snap...but not all parents are like this, and that's the problem when it comes to liberal sex and conservative sex.

whipping kids is like whipping an animal, probably comes from people who's family raised life stalk. we are intelligent beings, and we should be able to talk to kids, it's easy to hit someone in order to make them do something, it's harder to interface with the mind.

My parents never touched me and I turned out just fine.

Really, this is funny. The only reason people should be freaking out about it is because they did it in class in front of other peoples. If they did it alone at their house on their own free will and got caught, who would really care.


And on the subject of hitting your kids, I'm against it. Mom use to slap me for things as a kid. Esp. on grades. I grew scared of my mom when I brought report cards home or did stuff on accident...

i cant imagine my old mans reaction if he walked in on me when i was 11, and i was banging away on some girl. if i got bad grades or got caught sneaking out the car, it was a whipping, but sex? dunno.

gives a reason why parents want their kids to stay innocent until the right age, the innocents is related to the lack of desire for sex as it is also related to spiritual awakening, this is why kids can easily recognize a transvestite or a ghost or spirit, b/c their discernment is tuned in, you lose some discernment when you are having sex or very sexual, that's why sometimes, women are more discerning then men, as men tend to think of sex so much that their sense of discernment is clouded.

Yeah, but WHEN did they learn to desire this urge? This urge had to be facilitated via their environment, if their sex hormones didn't induce this type of desire. i was just called a bigot on another thread, a racist. i was arguing for the fact that the parents should be responsible too or a gardien...but you know what, since i am a racist ,and these kids are probably black, why the hell should i care? send them to jail, don't care what adult taught them that crap too early, what do i care???????? i am a bigot, remember, so forget any arguments that would lead to solving the real problem with this case (aka some gardien or parental mentality).

You can also physically instill respect in children, without beating the crap out of them. We're not talking about fist-fighting with children here, we're talking about spanking and the like.

Kids nowadays are having sex forced upon them; some schools are teaching them sex education in grade school, as early as 9 or 10 years old. To me that is just ridiculous. Children shouldn't even be exposed to sex at ALL at such an early age, nevermind being taught how it works and how to do it.

i don't think it's good to whip a kid for early response to hormones, b/c beating or whipping them for something that is chemically causing them to want sex will cause them to have intimacy problems when they get older, the best way to handle it is to find out which adult introduced them to sex, talk to them about it, and they would have to be away from other kids and adults for a while, there is something that happens in the body when sex hormones are activated too early and will effect them when they are older, there are good reasons for monitoring sex and keeping it away from kids when their body isn't even producing the hormones to crave sex yet.

some parents won't admit to it, but they are more liberal about sex at home then they would want the world to know, and their kids end up seeing it, and this causes an imbalance, so instead of punishing the parents for what they do in their home, they teach kids about sex education, that way, it's clear across the board, and if a kid isn't exposed to it at home, and their parents are careful with the kind of friends their children have, sex education will be just like learning how to balance a check book, it won't really make sense until later in life, when it matters, but at least they know, better that they are aware, most kids won't do things unless they SEE it done, that's the reason i think someone taught those kids how to have sex and that's why they were so comfortable doing that in the classroom. sex hormones are usually cyclical, and sometimes, triggered, so imagine a child trying to handle a sex hormone? parents get angry when their child is molested and they have good reasons for it. sex education in a class is different from molesting, molesting can cause the sex hormones to active earlier then usual, and when that child gets horny, who will they practice on? another child or even the adult that taught them? it has little to do with sex education in the school, the formal discussion of it doesn't produce the hormones that causes people to crave sex, the one thing people don't want to admit is that they made a mistake in trusting their kid around someone who molested them. some parents would prefer to ignore it, and others teach their kids sex by not monitoring what they do in front of their kids, and other parents are much more responsible and won't do that, b/c we have different kind of parenting, the school has a right to teach everyone across the board and it's taught in a way that isn't elicit.

Ok. They didn't have to have sex. It was their choice. They apparently knew what they were doing. And I say if you're willing to have sex then you are old or young enough to take what comes with it. If it be a smack right across the face once or a spanking, so be it (no matter how much I hate it).

Your too busy trying to place blame on people without even knowing full evidence as well. Stop trying to place blame on people who didn't do the act. They did. They will take the consequences. And that is that.

Kids nowadays are having sex forced upon them; some schools are teaching them sex education in grade school, as early as 9 or 10 years old. To me that is just ridiculous. Children shouldn't even be exposed to sex at ALL at such an early age, nevermind being taught how it works and how to do it.

Ignoring sex doesn't make it go away. Educating people about it, even people as young as ten preferably younger even makes them learn about it. Responsibly...

There is a reason this kind of stuff happens in the US there is a reason why teen pregnancy is so freaking high in the United States, and one of those reasons is sex education, or the huge lack of it.

Kids should be educated about sex, but not how to do it, but what happens when you do it. they must be aware of the consequences and the responsibilities.

as for these children, they should be punished for what they did. and should be talked to about what they did.

Sex is not some secret told by adults. Kids learn from other kids. Anyone who have been a kid knows that.

I think kids think independently of their parents. If your kid is trouble its because he/she is that way, the parents did not necessarily caused that. What happens is that parents do not want to assume responsability for the acts independently of their kids being good kids or not.

Kids learn too much about sex from media these days. they learn all these stuff and hide the fact that they learned everything they thought they needed to kow from adults. So they weren't informed about the ups and downs and the responsibilities and etc... sheesh. but sometimes its the parents' fault that they don't screen what their children watch, listen to or something, but when they aren't around the kids sneak out and go watch something about sex, they don't understand it that well, hides it from the parents, and the cycle repeats again until the child does something real stupid.

Kids should be raised properly. Parents should care about there kids and teach them whats right. Like if they do somthing bad as little kids just smack there hand but not to hard to let them know thats wrong. If a child were to be raised with dogs or cats or any animal as they get old they will be exactly like them.
