I think Spartan/Union has a slight advantage both Thor/BRB relies too much on there weapons; Mjonir and Strormbreaker without it even for a slight Wildstorm team can press that to there advantage both are excellent and brutal combatant.. Spartans pinpoint teleportation should allow him to rid Asgards team there weapons, while Unions ability to make shift constracts restrains and drain they're opponents of their godly strength..

Spartan/Union are going to win the battle since neither thor or bill cant destroy him without him downloading himself into a new body. Plus Spartan controls his own army of Spartan duplicates. He is just like Smith like from the matrix movies. Me Me Me!!!!!! Me Too.........

Thor/BRB too much raw power, Thor will teleport their a$$ into the sun if he wanted to be an a$$hole or send them Hela or Suture. Spartan/Union will give tem hell but in the end Thor/BRB will overwhelmed them and then it's a godblast to end the fight for good.
