Oh and Hulk has a gatling gun loaded with 300 kryptonite bullets.

maybe Superman can create winds so powerful that affect the trajectory of the kryptonite bullets or using his faster than light reflexes, slices the bullets out of the air with his adamantium claws?

Superman phases through all the bullets. And the claws. And the lightning/rain/wind/whatever.
