Who would be standing at the end of this battle?

id go with team 1, spiderman > batman gladiator(with comfidence) > superman thor =<GL but with help from gladiator can take GL. This match could go either way though, pretty nice matchup

Kalibak shattered Green Lanterns shield before Thor with a powerful hammer blow should be able to as well.

Team 1. 'cause of Thor

GL>Thor, Superman>Gladiator, Spiderman>Batman, then
GL & Superman > Spiderman

what team two has going for it is batman and his statigic mind. As far as power these team are equal (good match up) but team one does not have any one that is a real leader. Sure Gladiator is the prator of the imperal guard but his leading abilities are lacking and I don't see thor following his lead.
