Guy22 annoys me alot, so he definetly isn't the poster I find most the most interesting debater, he's probably the nicest debater though.

I enjoy reading tknita's posts (probably spelt that wrong, the guy with the legion sig) and I agree with him near 100% of the time. I also enjoy reading Man... the guy with the blue sig with the faces on, Manostra.. something like that.

Oh and MarvelPrince, he's a legend in the making.

I associate "pawn" too much with a pawn in chess and, IMO, the pronuciation is not true to word's origin. Plus every person in RL that I've met who pronounces it "pawn" has been incredibly stupid.

One of the biggest problems i've noticed is most people here just ignore evidence or arguments that contradict them and they seem to have a "group think" mentality. It's funniest in the Vs. forum where members give percentages on to characters. At the end of the day this is the height of hilarity.

Well, that's generally what happens to near any forum that has a half-decent population size. I guaruntee you that we are by far not the worst out there... CBR comes to mind.

Winston Churchill said something to the effect of democracy being horribly broken and not worth a damn, but that it was the best system we had. shrug Which is only semi-relevant to the topic. Basically, a forum only works really well if everyone is trying to make it work, and the fanboy population is very low proportionately to the regular posters.

As far as forums go, there's alot of them out there, but having been to a few, (and having been kicked out of two), this is definitely one of the best comic book forums around. Now the Video game versus section, it used to be good. But a couple of Tekken and Ryu Hayabusa fanboys have recently killed most of the intellectual discussion, which is why I migrated to comics.

Would be nice if Digi and Tron were on more. Might stop some of the jackass topics from going anywhere. Like Betageuze saying that the Hulk Killer Humanoid or Hulk can beat Classic Juggs, or any of Xmeat's topics.........nosweat

I'm aware. But the meme originated from the typo within a trigger in an online computer game. The typo arose from the proximity, sure, but it spread due to a popular user-created-map back in the day.

dude first off I never make threads for compliments. I have not come the furthest. The thread was not made for me. Not to mention non of you were around when i started so it not like any of you would know if I have improved. Which I have not. I am no better then when I start maybe more knowledgeable, but debating skill wise I am the same. I am mediocer at best and have been since I have start. So don't say shit that plainly not true. I don't want compliment nor do I deserve them.

Stop the bullshit. We all know you made the "who has come the furthest thread" to boost your ego. It's human nature, we all like to hear compliments when we feel we've done something significant.

But I did not. I would admitt it if I did. I did not make it to boost my ego. I don't have an ego on here any more it long ago died. I don't care what people think for the most part. The thread was not designed for people to compliment me. To tell you the truth I doubted any one remeber wolverine8888 I mean really remebered since if they did they know how many differnet user used that name at one time or another.


so no I neevr amde it for me I made it for new people like spunky and others that had improved greatly such a mider even though he still gets on my nerves.
