By pure skill, Bullseye is obviously the best here.

But that hardly matters when he'd end up stabbing himself in the face...

True, but i tihnk eventually Marvel will do a story on him and reveal that he has a power. As skilled as Marvel may say he is, no regular human should survive adamantium implants or have uncanny aim and accuracy while not even having to see the target.😬

Hawkeye and Green Arrow are skilled, but Bullseye is on a whole other level.

Barring an unbelievably lucky change by Longshot (His luck can only go so far) Bullseye will destroy them both, but it's entirely possible for Longshot to get lucky.
