I don't know if we had this before but:

I often wondered what this voodoo doll at jacks jead means.

Jack shoots i think a voodoo doll away. It look like this. What do you think?

I always used to think that the voodoo doll symbolized Jack but I don't understand WHAT that thing in the cannon is, looks like an action figure, or maybe in the movie we might actually get to see someone put it there

maybe he shrinks someone and blows them up! LIKE MERCER!!! YAY!!..........just a theory...

Perhaps it's a voodoo doll made by Tia off Beckett, Jack unwittingly shoots the voodoo doll with the cannon, and kills Beckett.

It's not the voodoo doll in the cannon, it's the wrong shape and the arms are completely different. It does look more like an action figure shrug

i think jack want's to get very fast on another ship perhaps, so he pulls 'his' voodoo doll in the cannon and shoots it away.
If the voodoo doll is shot away jack will flight like it, too.
Becket says: You're mad. So I think it is realy mad what he wants to do, if he wants.
When I saw the trailer the first times I thougth the cannon is connected with the rope and the recoil takes the rope and jack with it. But now i think jack uses the rope to get not smashed over the whole sea, like the doll do.

ok. it sounds bad nut i think jack has got a blue coat. na, but why should he otherwise shoot the doll away. an action figure it isn't I think.

But maybe it's not a "Captain Jack Sparrow" action figure

Beckett has figures on his desk so it's probably one of them although I wouldn't mind having Tia's James voodoo doll.

I thought it was just a joke from the special effects people. And I still do hehe Looks like a scooby doo monster lol
