Exodus for the win.

Havok was able to blast and knock out Exodus and Nate Grey owned Exodus pretty fast and back then he wasn't at full potential.

Exodus was hurt and extremely weakened when he faced Nate Grey.

Exodus is debatabley Omega.

Exodus siphons psi energies thats why his quit formidable against psi-opponent but he doesnt have that kind of advantage against Cable..

Lifting a portion of Genosha was a good feat but isnt a guarantee wins against Cable.. Heck i think this fight could go either way..

I agree Exodus stronger but Cables new abilities are far more versatile which makes it an even fight.
