I started a job,I have been there 3 days,It's building roof trusses, I'm trying my best but picking it up too slow, I really need this job,but I can only do my best,anyone been in the same situation?

Sometimes you just need to keep at it.

It just might take a little while, but you'll have it down soon.

It's been three days...if it was three months then it could be a problem.

Maybe it's a personal problem with your fellow staff if they're not aware of the fact that you need time to adapt to a job you've just begun.

I have worked construction for many years and even been in charge of my own crew and if I had a guy that was working hard and doing his best I would keep him around, as long as he wasn't a complete moron and an idiot.
