Deadpool vs. Spider-Man

Agreed. You can't really kill Wade but Spidey is >>> in pretty much anything else.

Also, Deadpool couldn't get out of a bunch of duct tape in a recent issue. Webs will immobilize him.

The banter between them would be great. One big-mouth vs another.

Parker wins the fight, Deadpool wins the bantering contest...

Therefore, stalemates...

Deadpools. Just as agile, not as strong but have weapons to make up for it and a healing factor and is the better fighter. Deadpool 6.5/10. Good fight though.
