Fallen Skies

The sky is falling.
a raging storm on the rampage
so much damage its appalling.
The earth weeps as the thunder strikes
people falling left and right
for man can not stand against its terrible might.




Sun Rise

Life giving light
really is an awesome sight
its hue falls upon white colored walls
its light absorbing the darkness of the halls.
When it shines the flowers bloom
Washing away all the gloom
This is the power of the Rising Sun

not bad

With every undignified step i weep
Feeling like dirt that one must sweep
I walk alone in this torrid earth
With Feelings of regret and a dearth of mirth
My heart is empty now its time to search for something to fullfill it

Sort of ok, but the rhymes are extremely basic and lack imagination.

i dislike basic rhymes (not that I'm accusing you of this). It's as though you think of the word you're going to rhyme, before you've thought of the rest of the line.
