What tier is Thunders Cats and He-Man charaters at?

Because I have no idead on how powerful/strong they are.

well the thunder cats are all equal or above Spiderman.
Cheetarra runs at 120mph on up
Tygra is like mastermind with fighting abilities
He-Man is Hulk with a sword sheild, beast to ride on.

tigra has superhuman agility and reflexes as well as low superhuman strength. He also has amazing stamina the ability to turn invisable. I very powerful bo whip. He also a telepath.

He-Man has a respect thread, ya know.

The greatest tier?
