so, this is Superman on Earth-PRIME, and under a blue sun??

I seem to recall a story where he passed near a star that was in the blue-ish visible range and it made him XTRA powerful.......which would hold true with the the increasing frequencies as U move up the spectrum.

Id say Supes takes it.
