So: A giant yellow bear from Krypton has arrived on Earth. It does not like Taoism. Is it physically stronger than Superman?
How do super powers work these days?
Is it time under the yellow sun?
Is it on/off, strength proportional to strength of similar beings on Earth?
Does pedigree - being of the house of El, or of Pooh - matter?
What is the deal?
