Batman now has Capt's super solider serum, Wolverine's Healing factor and Venom's Symbiote.

He also gets 1 day of prep time and all of his standard equipment(no boom tubes, motherboxes etc.), which include his vehicles.

The fights take place in Gotham at night.

2. Marvel Knights: Daredevil, Captain America, Wolverine, Black Panther, Iron Fist, Moon Knight and The Punisher.

3. Colossus

4. Omega Red

5. Current Symbiote Spiderman

6. Apocalypse

7. Iron Man

8. Magneto

9. Green Lantern

10. Silver Surfer

he'd get to Apocalypse at the least, at best he should clear Ironman and lose to Magneto.

Are you sure? Because when he first got it, it was because Aunt May was nearly killed and that meant he was looking for vengeance and he said he was going to kill them all, and Spiderman usually never kills. And considering the new movie's coming out (Spiderman 3) with him having the symbiote, it would make sense to make comics about it now.

How in god's name can he get past Poccy? Even all the powers he acquired won't give him a chance. TP/TK, molecular control, celestial tech, HF, CL100+ strength, virtual invulnerability, energy powers, etc.
