Wonder Woman, Power Girl, Black Cat and Psylocke are all superb fem choices.
As well as that Redhead from Gen 13 (her name escapes me at the moment).

For guys, well.... Spiderman's got an awesome bod, muscular but not overdoing it.
Black Panther, Deadpool (minus the sores, scars and boils), and Batman are all pretty impressive as well.
