Errrr? She knocked out She Hulk (Alternate Reality) and rocked Box IV with a single punch. Her durability is vastly superior to US Agent, plus the fact she is also highly skilled martial artist.

Daisy vs. US Agent (Omega Flight #2) is how this fought would come out.

gotta go with king on this one, her hair is even a weapon. plus if she can kill an alternate reality spider-man, then US agent shouldn't be much more difficult

Diamond Lil, she could just take the damage and let U.S Agent wear himself out.
