Spider-Man Villains:

Green Goblin I (unlimited tech)
Green Goblin II (ditto)
Venom
Sandman
Doctor Octopus

Jean Grey in X-Men 1 sucked serious ass.

Meh. She's strong enough to stop GG's board/glider is she concentrates.

But then he'd just throw a pumpkin bomb at her... or hock up some phlegm at her face... to make her lose concentration.

But X-Men would probably still win... Rogue dies though either way.

Sandman alone.....

x-Men Storm takes out the takes the Goblins and Doc Ock

Wolverine and Colossus beat on Venom and

Jean Mind rapes sandman or Rouge absorbs him killinghim.

Sandman was made of...sand. Rogue won't be able to absorb him.

Jean Grey displayed no telepathic abilities besides a trial by fire run on Cerebro and nearly died as a result. She can't mindrape.

Venom is simply too fast for either Colossus or Wolverine.

Storm can certainly take out the Goblins though.

Norman could kill a lot of x-men with those disintegrator pumpkin bombs....

Man I forgot about that... she sucked serious ass. ermmnone

Rogue absorbed metallic Colossus...

Can't Storm just tornado the area.

Throw in Aunt May and it'll be a wrap.

Storm get's nuked by the goblins they just use razor bombs or missiles on her.

Is this before or after he get's disintegrated?Also the goblins weren't flying like some idiots they were able to maneuver their gliders pretty well also razor bombs where too fast for even Spider-Man sometimes none of the x-men has the reflexes to dodge them or to redirect them.

Spidey villians wins. X Men got their arses handed to them all the time. Wolverine and Storm showed some skill in X3 though.

I'd say Storm is the biggest threat. Especially if she cuts loose like she did in X-2 with a half-dozen twisters that were powerful enough to throw jets around like soda cans...

Spidey had hard time dodging the razor bombs so the x-men really won't be able to do crap to them.

Besides Wolverine and Colossus could just step in front and take the razor blades no problem Cyclops probably shoots them out of the air like he did the clay pigeons

Movie Fantastic Four dies... the only two of any consequence were Sue and Johnny...

How would the villains fare against Dark Phoenix???

Jean had hard time stopping Toad in mid air she didn't show anything that could make us believe that she could even reach them with tk Storm could easily get killed by few of those razor bombs they could easily get bombed before they could do anything it takes about a second for them to launch a couple of rockets.

Edit: As long as I remember Storm couldn't redirect those missiles which were shoot at the Black Bird they got hit and Magneto saved them.

He stopped him completely in mid air without any problems only his sticky spit saved him. And we saw that her TK was good enough to fling all those clay pigeons with ease.

And lighting doesn't kill them quicker than Razor Bombs or TL stopping them in mid air.

It won't be as easy as stopping Toad since they are far from her.

Those missiles were bigger and probably a lot more powerful then the ones that the Goblins have but least not forget how strom tossed those ships around pretty easily.

Air-to-air missiles fly at like Mach 3 if not faster...

Nightcrawler would be useful...

Rocket speed>>>>Storm's speed to create a tornado.

Anyway Storm get's missiled by the Goblins while Sandman and the others slay the team.

Sandman can easily wreck half of the team and Venom could easily tie them up .
