flying into space to smash a satilite
stalemating K'
taking on K999/angel for awhile

ingrid's feats
time travel
beating bison/rose in her own storyline
the true owner of the psycho drive which bison stole and made into something evil and gave a lame name for(as she claimed)

This is an absolute beat down in Ingrid's favor.

Poor Kula gets totally outclassed... Kula can survive in space unaided, capable of flight to some degree- but she gets beaten...and beaten awfully!

She's fighting an ETERNAL goddess who is responsible for Bison's power (Bison would slaughter Kula and he has less of the power then Ingrid does). So yes she is VERY out classed.

Ingrid'll just travel back in time and stop Kula from ever existing.
