Diana's bracelets and lasso.

Can Jean Break the bracelets and snap the lasso?

If it's White Crown Phoenix, she cannot break the lasso.

Bracelets are iffy.

Plain ol' Jean Grey doesn't stand a ghost of a chance of doing either.

Jean Grey as Phoenix can win, but break the lasso? Hmmm...don't know how Phoenix has done against magical properties, and if she can transmute them. Especially something as powerful as the lasso.

Standard Jean Grey loses to Diana, who's strongly resistant to telepathic attack.

No regular Jean Grey just the regular phoenix or the white crown phoenix.

Can a cosmic/non-magical power overpower the magic enchantments like how Juggernaut's magic was like nothing to Onslaught?

It's not a mere magical enchantment. It's the physical embodiement of Truth.

To break the lasso, Jean would have to break down the multiversal laws of truth (Since 52 is in effect), which would be equivalent to remaking an entire multiverse.

She would have to break and remake every natural/mathematical law. Like 2+2=4 into 2+2=Fish.

A power she doesn't have.

And Onlslaught penetrating Jugg's field is absolute bullsh** since the likes of the Celestials and Galactus couldn't do the same.

If the lasso is the "embodiment" of truth and the Phoenix burns through deception to get to the truth (both use celestial flame) couldn't they just be different tools of the same concept? The Phoenix has shown to be just as effective against magic as it is against non-magical reality, like when it purged the world of limbos demonic magic in inferno. I want to say the phoenix shouldn't have any trouble with weapons forged by earth gods but Rachel wasn't able to move the soulsword when it appeared to kitty in front of the lighthouse, and that's back when the soulsword made since.
