I remember the sound effect "Boot!" being used during a kick once... it was awsome.

While I'm not a huge Wolverine or Nightcrawler fan, I really like bamf and snikt...just because they're unique.

If you see snikt? You know Logan's somewhere. If you see BAMF, you know nightcrawlers about to lay a beat down on someone.

"kick!" and "punt!" were used as onomatopoeias in nextwave.

and the spider-man 3 prequel comic had "tung" as one.

as mentioned, BAMF and SNIKT are classic--especially bamf, with the "bad ass mother ****er" acronym.

shunk (for a stomach punch) always struck me as humorous.

"Bamf" is probably my personal favorite just for the uniqness.
