Who from Marvel is more skilled than Cap?

And who from DC is more skilled than batman?

Threat it as two different threads, as i am doing some research on the skill-area

Don't know much about DC characters...

As for Marvel characters, I don't think there's anyone per se who is BETTER at MA than Cap, but he does have some close peers:

Puck
Wolverine
Taskmaster
Deadpool
T'Challa
Black Widow

I'm sure there's more, but those are some of the closest to Cap's skill/experience level that I can think of...

Lots of DC fighters better then Bats but the fighters who are better then Cap are mostly superhuman / quasi mystical martial artists
