herc. easily. Luke cage is out almost immediately. Immortal Hercules' strength doesn't have any real limits to it (like thor, hulk, or classic jugs) and he has a couple thousand years of fighting experience.
Colossus is closer to him in terms of power, but hercules is stronger, the better fighter, and immortal hercules is immune to fatigue and doesn't tire out. he could keep going at it for weeks at full tilt. Colossus is durable but he's outmatched here.
