I was eating pineapple pieces from this fruit pot I bought from the supermarket near my home, and I found a dead fly floating in the juice

I feel a bit sick because I had already eaten about half the fruit inside. I should probably go complain about this.

Take it back, slam it in the managers face and scream loud as you can;

I swallowed a fly in juice, unlike you I didn't notice it until it was too late.
