Bullseye and Taskmaster versus Punisher and Hawkeye

The fight is in an empty city. They start the fight about 10 blocks apart.

1. Do they know they are about to fight each other?

2. Are they fighting to kill?

Either way, i wanna say Bullseye and Tasky, but Taskmaster is the weak link imo. Plus he fights like a friggin moron.
