So Spidey has an agility and (initial) strength advantage.

So he has Superman's strength his agility added with spider-sense he would fair well against the both of them but the biggest let down is speed. Eventually the might get there hands on him from then on the pummel him into submission.

uhh unfortunately spiderman has a tendency to taunt his opponents which would probably double their anger factor.... so id say Hulks win although he puts up a GOOD fight

well id like to think that without "supermans" strength spider man would have a 70/30 advantage because he has supeior agility, speed, and most importantly intelligence, also he is still no pushover when it comes strength. With the strength of superman id give spidey a 95/5 chance of winning.
