Dr.Druid foe, I don't know much about him though. However, I doubt he is Galactus level, so unless I learn something different... Galactus wins as Dr.Strange and Talisman are not a factor.

Druid was merely drawing power from the mear limitless Slorioth.

Slorioth is vastly powerful, it can't even manifest in any Universe, because it will feed on Time & Space.

I know their seperate, but didn't know about Sloriath eating universes as I think I saw a very old apperance of him and didn't do anything note worthy. Like I said I don't know much about him.

Does he have another apperance as when I saw him he looked nothing like your above scans.
