Superman & Norman vs Spiderman & Lex

Superman and The Green Goblin (Norman) must face Spiderman and Lex Luther for the fate of all they hold dear. If Superman and Norman lose Lois dies and Norman is completely erased form history. If Peter and Lex lose Mary Jane and Aunt May die. As well as Lex must sign over everything he owns to Clark and leave DC Earth without the possibility of returning.

Both teams have one month to prepare for the battle.

Who wins?

Team 2. Lex Luthor is very very good with prep. Not as good as Batman, but good enough to give him the sure win here.
