Goblins (movie) vs Spiderman (comics)

i thought about this some time ago and more currently with the new spiderman movie. the greengoblin and New goblin from the movies did alright against spidey (new goblin kicked ass!) but i consider the movie spiderman to fall short.

so how would they fair against current spiderman in the comics?

match 1- GreenGoblin (movie) VS Spiderman

match 2- New Goblin (movie) VS Spiderman

match 3- GreenGoblin & New Goblin Vs Spiderman

All taking place along the skyline of manhattan. goblins have prep.
how would each goblin fair, would they lose and why
