Flying doesn't always give you an advantage. What about the Vulture ?

I've read a little about them. Mostly from Elseworlds stuff.

This is a tough match for Spiderman. Maybe impossible to win. If they have harriers, he might have a chance. high speed fighters? He's probably ****ed. Choppers would have been more fair.

Thanos-copter ?

Assuming Spidey has his "spidersense" Spidey wins. I think he should be able to dodge what the airplanes throw at him. Web them up and blow'em up.
