All-Star has many other abilities then strength and flight.

For instance, even though he can't fly, Supes can still move at incredible speeds on the ground.

Couple that with concussive energy blasts, bio-field flinging, or simply punching 1,000's of times a second, and Supes takes this easy [BFR being the key to victory].
