Spider-Man but I like Toad and I don't think he gets enough respect.

Toad is not as fast or strong or agile. Spider-Man out maneuvers Toad.

Spiderman is not as fast or strong or agile as the tongue. The tongue out maneuvers Spiderman.

I think that the toad could win some. He does have the ability once his tongue touches you to take over your body. Or he could just control any Amphibian around his area making them attack spiderman and while distracted spit at spiderman with some acid. Or he could just keep pounding at spiderman with his super human legs eventually knocking him out.

He is very durable and might could take a couple of spiderman hardest punch.

Good fight, very similiar opponents.

Toad loses. Spidey 10/10 I believe Spidey is more agile than Toad.
