fight's in gothalm but frank's stole some special tech bullets from sheild called scatter shot rounds. They fire out like normal bullets but once they have passed their targe (missed shot) they burst into humdred of smaller rounds going in 360 global radius frank only has 100 of these rounds and a personal force field developed with it to prevent accidents from happening

batman just knows punisher is coming and has 1 day of prep he doesnt know about the rounds
