Alpha Flight...why? Talisman. She has shown she can control skyfather beings merely because they were from the spirit world. Plus access to the universe of the Void Shaman and her could cook up so much stuff.

Shaman himself has defeated an Elder God with an attack that made the universe itself "seem to pop like a soap bubble on a thorn"

Yes, Talisman outright controlled all the Great Beasts merely because they were from the spirit world and their Elder Gods. Also summoned the Gods of the Arctic as well multiple times.
