I imagine Super Skrull, Invisible Woman and Hellion being left alone. Kl'rt's hypnosis might come in handy, I wonder if it would work on Hellion.

After Super Skrull's recent showings in Annihilation, I'd go with him.

Colossus doesn't breath would Sue's field work on him plus he incredibly durable.
