Cap wins That doesn't mean a whole lot, however, Hal Jordan has KOed most everyone at one time or another, typically in a single punch. I believe one time he KOed a bear in a single punch too.

I dont think it would be that simple for example Cap can just hold his breath. He tried that once but couldnt escape the gas because he was in an enclosed space and got Koed by Paladin. If it was out in the open he would have just held his breath and moved out of the way of the gas.

Cap's reflexes and speed are faster than an arrow. Not to mention his shield and defensive training.
