Spiderman vs the Lord Marshal from the Chronicles of Riddick. Does Spidey have what it takes to win this...or does that Marshal take his soul? Fight takes place on a barren planet.....no outside interference.

Comic Book one wins, he has reflexes, agility, spider-sense and Class 20 or so strength right now.
Riddick is Peak Human-Low Enhanced Human range, and was able to show his own and curbstomp many Necromonger.Movie Spidey, he might lose, he hasn't the attitude to cut loose with an enemy, he usually hold back too much.

Movie Spider-Man got pretty close to going all out when Norman threaten Mary Jane at the end of first movie.

Yeah indeed he got an adrenaline burst and pummeled Norman really bad, but just cause of the threatens against MJ.During the whole fight to death he wasn't able to land a KO blow while Goblin was going all out.

Goblin was crazy like Venom. Spider-Man was very green in that movie althought he did beat Goblin in the end.
