dc fighters vs marvel fighters

Beyonder decides to make a tournament and gets 5 fighters from each universe and he wants to get the best of the best. With this tournament, whichever universe lose their universe will get destroyed.

The fighters are aware of this and they fight at their best. They have to work as a team.

Batgirl
Death stroke
Nightwing

Captain america
Wolverine

Marvel Takes this. 3 individuals on that team have nigh limitless stamina (Cap via the SSS, BP via the Heart Shaped Herb, and Wolverine via Healing Factor)

BP's vibranium suit also nullifies impact- punches and kicks from non superhumans are pretty much worthless against it.

and to top it off- Wolverine is essentially indestructible right now. There's nothing the DC team has that could put him down for more than a few seconds.
