The only advantage with symbiote ist that he has unlimited webbing.
if you think that the symbiote increases spidermans powers than i must disappoint you that occured only in the tv series and in the movie (by the way sm 3 sucks)

everyone that reads comics should know that, though also it can mimic street clothes and the unlimited webbing is also stronger. Namor wins this 10 / 10 quite easily IMO he outclasses spiderman in almost every way

Symbiote Spider-Man didn't have unlimited webbing. And I think these webs weren't even as strong as his normal webs.

Iron Spidey, away from water, and Pete (maybe) has a chance. But no, the symbiote won't help him enough to beat Namor....though Pete does have a couple good showings against the Prince, so it would be a good fight.

Good fight definitely. Spider-Man can hold his own for a good while. After that, he loses.
