In a list, list the major heralds such as Surfer, Morg, Firelord, Terrax, Stardust, etc etc in how efficient and effective they are with their power. Not whose the most powerful, but who uses what they have the best.

Obviously since we've seen more feats from SS than any other herald by far, we're gonna say him. I will say that I am more impressed with Surfer when he does healing and repairing feats than all out blasting.

I wouldnt say Surfer's the most efficient. Surfer, for all the power he has, is pretty stupid with his powers for the most part. IMO the most efficient are Morg and Firelord. Surfer's more in the middle.
