Phoenix for the win

Binary & Nova couldn't win together.

Binary at her highest absorbed the white hole, basically made her above top tier, she would b***h slap Nova back to earth. Rachael would also dominate Nova, she has more fighting experience and ability to tap into a little bit of the PFwhich is the key for her, basically it comes down to Binary vs. Rachael where overall Binary at her highest was like a cosmic force.
