i thnk the fact that Catwoman has nine lives gives her the ultamate advantage...plus, she's fairly strong and agile

if the fight were in Joker's territory, and Joker planned ahead, than he'll most likely win

Well, in the movies, Shrek shot her a couple times in the gut and she counted off two lives.
