Well since there's absolutely nothing that Team2 can do to that amaglam I'd have to say they lose.

If there is the rare opportunity for simultaneous heat vision and a god blast, it can be done. But, we'd be talking about a that getting off w/o a Flash induced, mind rape.

Flash + Hulk alone might be able to get the job done. Unless Thor creates some exotic time-stopped bubble for them to fight in before they get curbstomped (see also: actually possible but not likely), the amalgam wins in a curbstomp.
