looking at some scans, i saw he had the same white eyes and when surveying the are, the artist drew it in a way very similiar to how the vision extends with byaakugen and has streaks indiciating spead on the sides. seeing also that hes highly respected and does suveilance, is he the ultimate byaakugen user????
